2013 Summer Art Camps
"Birds of Oklahoma"
The art camps are three days a week (Mon, Tues, Wed.) for two weeks from 1:00-2:30 pm or 3:30-5:00 pm.
Each camp is filled with awesome art projects, games, walks to local art establishments, and a big art show in August showcasing the students.
Choose from the four art camps below. Cost per camp $120
June 10- June 19 Road Runners
Projects include recycle robots, preserved hand and foot prints, Father`s Day gifts, Fairy/frog houses, 2D self portraits, rock art magnets, artist aprons, stuffed caterpillars, and light switch covers.
June 24- July 3 Cardinals
Bubble paints on canvas, print making, scratch art, coffee filter flowers and flags, things about me silhouettes, ribbon rings, tie dye, splatter monsters, faux stained glass, and American flags.
July 8- July 17 Blue Jays
Science art, crushed can art, paper making, reverse tie dye, create your own painted puzzle, photo transfer on wood, abstract paintings, bubble wands and home made bubbles.
July 22- July 31 Red Tail Hawks
Wire sculptures, metal relief prints, recycle robots, elements of art, stepping stones, Sun prints, reverse ties dye, 2d portraits, crushed can art, coffee filter flags, and beaded Sun catchers.
